Botswana offers an exclusive safari experience of dramatic contrasts and incredible adventures. From the crystal clear waters of the Okavango Delta to the wide open spaces of the Chobe National Park and the desert – like landscape of Savute, Botswana offers a unique water and wildlife reserve experience, making it a truly spectacular safari destination.
Known as “the river that never finds the sea”, the Okavango Delta is a wilderness haven teeming with fascinating game, and ideally set within the Kalahari Desert. Explore an oasis of islands and crystal clear water channels as you marvel at the fascinating wildlife that inhabit this incredible Kalahari jewel. The Moremi Wildlife Reserve, sharing unfenced borders with a number of private wildlife concessions, is located within the eastern portion of the Okavango Delta. Discover and explore savanna game viewing, leisurely boat cruises along lagoons and channels and dense riverine forests.
To the north of the Okavango Delta lies one of the top wilderness reserves in the world, the Chobe National Park. Comprising of 4 ecosystems, the dry savanna and permanent swamp, as well as vast floodplains and dense woodlands make a tented safari experience here a truly remarkable one. Explore the almost desert-like Savute area in comparison to the lush Chobe river front. Several artificial waterholes provide much needed water features to this dry part of the park and some incredible wildlife viewing opportunities.
Botswana is a marvel of contrasts that rejuvenates the soul and awakens your sense of adventure. Whether by water or by land, Botswana offers a fantastic vantage point from which to track and explore pristine wilderness and the fascinating ways of its inhabitants.

“The lodge is beautiful and the tented style is something unique. Going to bed with a frog symphony-orchestra and looking at the sky gives you a deep and dreamful sleep. The hospitality of the team as well as the cooking was very good. Game viewing in Botswana is not as easy as in Phinda or Sabi but we had some good sightings as well as unforgettable scenery. The helicopter flight was one of the top highlights during the holiday!”
